Not right? You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return any unworn piece in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Contact us with your order number and the piece you'd like instead. We'll confirm availability and send a prepaid return label (UK only).
Returns
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal on their packaging is unbroken.
